The functional test is carried out at regular intervals throughout the service life for an amusement device. Every annual thorough examination should include a functional test.
For a full description of functional testing please refer to Fairground and  Amusement Parks - Guidance on Safe Practice (2nd edition), paragraphs 146-148
With over twenty years' experience in all types of amusement device, LTC inspection engineers can provide the necessary functional testing for you amusement devices as part of an annual inspection, or at shorter intervals, for example when there has been a safety-critical modification.
