This policy outlines how Leisure Technical Consultants Ltd (hereafter referred to as LTC, we, us or our) may collect, use, disclose and store any information you provide us when using our online services including; our Website, LTC Technical Forum and digital reporting systems including LTC Patch and Opera. LTC Website: We may collect personal information including Name, Email, Telephone number, Address, Curriculum Vitae and Covering Letter (as applicable) when you make a submission via our online Enquiry or Job Application Forms. Our website & Technical Forum also collect unique online identifiers such as IP addresses and uses ‘cookies’ for some functions, further details of which are contained in our Cookie Policy.
LTC Technical Forum: We may collect personal information including Date of Birth, Username, Email and Parent/Guardian Email (where applicable) when you register to use the LTC Technical Forum. You may opt to register/sign-in via a third party service e.g. Facebook. If you choose to sign-in via a third-party service, you will be presented with a dialogue box which will ask your permission to allow LTC to access your personal information such as your Name, Date of Birth, Email address and any other information you have made publicly accessible for the purposes of forum registration/sign-in. Please not that any superfluous information to the requirements of registration will not be retained by us.
We require users to be aged 18 or older to access the LTC Technical Forum owing to the mature subject matter and content it contains. Forum members may also choose to provide additional information including ICQ UIN, AIM Screen Name, Google Talk ID, Yahoo! ID, MSN ID, Skype Name, Website, Biography, Location, Interests, Occupation, Company and ‘Other information’ when populating your profile via the ‘User Settings’ menu of the Forum.
LTC Patch reporting system: We may collect personal information including Name, Username, Telephone number, Fax number, Email Address and Job title when entered by yourself, an LTC employee or other member of your organisation with Patch access, which may be viewed or edited in the ‘Contact List’ area of Patch by any person authorised to access your organisations reports. This information may be entered during account registration/review by an LTC employee, yourself or by any person authorised to access your organisations reports.
Opera: We may collect personal information including Name, Username, Address, Telephone number(s), Email address(es) and Job title when entered by yourself or an LTC employee. This information may be entered during account registration/review by an LTC employee/yourself.
How we use your personal information and who we share it with:
Personal information provided to us may be used for the following purposes:
- Respond to enquiries, complaints and processes business requests
- Provide our services or after-sales service
- Get in touch if we need to tell you about something, like a change to our policies or issues with a service
- Service administration purposes such as account registration, verification and password recovery on our LTC Technical Forum or digital report systems (where you have requested these services)

We will never contact you to ask for your LTC digital account password(s) or other login information. We never ask for credit card/bank account information via our Website, LTC Technical Forum or digital reporting systems. How long we keep your information:
We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as necessary to provide you with the services requested such as providing forum access, except where we are required to store this information for a longer period by law. Clients/individuals may request to have their details removed from our website, LTC Technical Forum or digital reporting systems by contacting us by electronic mail or post. LTC periodically review inactive user accounts and reserve the right to delete such accounts without prior notification. Deleted users may request to be re-registered for LTC services subject to our approval and any other organisation(s) concerned (where applicable).
