The terms and conditions outlined below refer to Leisure Technical Consultants Ltd (LTC) online services including our website, LTC Technical Forum and digital reporting systems including LTC Patch and Opera.

Acceptance of terms:

By accessing the content of LTC’s online services (as defined above), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein and you accept our Privacy Policy. Should you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should cease using all of LTC online services immediately.

LTC Ltd reserve the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of LTC online services will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. LTC Ltd advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. LTC Ltd have complete discretion to modify or remove any content, functionality or access to any part of LTC online services without warning or liability arising from such action.

Limitation of liability:

LTC Ltd will under no circumstance be liable for any damages including any loss of business, revenue or data in relation to your use of LTC online services.


All intellectual property of LTC Ltd such as trademarks, trade names, software and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of our online services remain the property of LTC Ltd. By using LTC online services you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of LTC Ltd and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any materials or content contained within LTC online services.


The information is provided on the understanding that the LTC website and Technical Forum are not engaged in rendering advice and should not be wholly relied upon when making decisions. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through LTC online services meet your specific requirements. LTC Ltd do not control such websites and we take no responsibility for, and will not incur any liability in respect of, their content. Severance, Governing law and jurisdiction:

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force. This agreement will be governed by the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, and any user of LTC online services hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
