LTC Ltd reserve the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of LTC online services will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. LTC Ltd advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. LTC Ltd have complete discretion to modify or remove any content, functionality or access to any part of LTC online services without warning or liability arising from such action.
Limitation of liability:
LTC Ltd will under no circumstance be liable for any damages including any loss of business, revenue or data in relation to your use of LTC online services.
Copyright:
All intellectual property of LTC Ltd such as trademarks, trade names, software and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of our online services remain the property of LTC Ltd. By using LTC online services you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of LTC Ltd and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any materials or content contained within LTC online services.

This agreement will be governed by the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, and any user of LTC online services hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
